Echo Park has floor plans ranging from Studios to 3 bedrooms. Check out our apartment units in person by setting up a walkthrough, or see our floor plan layouts.
Echo Park welcomes your pets at our Bloomington apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for pet-owning Residents.

Echo Park is served by Monroe County, which includes Templeton Elementary School, Jackson Creek Middle School, and Bloomington High School South.
No. We are currently not able to allow breaks in any finalized lease contracts.
Yes, Echo Park and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, Echo Park does not offer income-based housing.
No, we do not let Residents pre­pay their full lease. Rent must be paid on a monthly basis on the first of every month.
